Welcome on our website!
We are the happy owner of a wonderful valley of 100.000 sq mt located in the beautiful country side just outside of Rome (50km – 30 miles).
The history that bonds us to this territory began almost 40 years ago. We fell in love of the silence, of the nature, of the smell, of the view and specially of Mount Soratte that watches over us and over our dreams every night, looking over us like an old benign father every morning.
It started very slowly, one brick after the other, a new lawn freshly born on sand (where 10000 years before a river was flowing), cherry trees, fig trees and apricot trees planted soon blossomed, the harvesting of hazelnut and olives, the fresh presents of the garden.

Then 25 years ago, beside the dogs, horses made their triumphant entrance. “ Just lika Hobo”, a wonderful Paint Horse Stallion, is the proud masculine founder of our stock farm. You can see his face on our web site, and we named our country home in his honour.

Here started our endless passion for those charming and generous animals.
Today we are proud to invite you in our homes to spend your vacations at close contact with nature in every expression, shape and gesture; appreciating some commodities as our charming swimming pool and numerous other services we will be glad to offer you.

Hobo House Apartments   

The apartments of the House Vacations "Hobo House is the ideal place to spend your vacations in the Roman country side, surrounded by ample green spaces with panoramic sight on the typical hilly landscape, close to Sabina, land of great historical importance in Rome's history. (Sant'Oreste, Torrita Tiberina, Farfa, Nazzano, Ponzano Romano).

The structure, located in Ponzano Romano (Rome), consists of two comfortable homes.
The remaining part of property consists of 10 hectares of land are cultivated with fruit trees, olive trees, chestnut kernels in a protected area full of swallows, buzzards, magpies, pheasants, porcupines and wild boars .
Each house has its own outdoor space, covered and uncovered, next to the apartment. The spaces are equipped with tables and chairs where you can comfortably eat outside in absolute tranquillity.

Activity around Hobo House    

The pool of 18x7 mt is positioned in the centre of the valley, accessible by both structures with their own access. It’s surrounded by a green lawn with hedge of laurel and oak trees, is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, bath with shower with hot water, outside shower and barbecue.

Several supermarkets are available at Forano, Nazzano, Stimigliano in a radius of 10 km.
A convenient train service available from the local station of Stimigliano Scalo in less than an hour takes you in the centre of Rome (Tiburtina station, with metro station and bus terminal) and at the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport.

Costs and Services   

Exposed Prices are comprehensive of water, electricity and bed linen, bathroom and kitchen with weekly change. The final cleaning is included in the price. For the final cleaning-stay dogs, there will be a small surcharge.
